Free is a plan with no time limit; you can start with it immediately. The 30-day trial lets you try Pro features. If Free is enough for your clinic, you can return to Free without continuing on a paid Pro plan. Pro-only features stop when trial access ends.

Start with patients, appointments, records, treatment packages, POS and basic stock. There is no extra charge per patient, appointment or staff account within one clinic. Summary reports cover 90 days, while older clinical records, invoices and stored-data exports remain accessible with permission. You can store up to 3,000 photos.

Pro covers everyday work: LINE, booking, reminders, follow-up, promotions, basic coupons, membership tiers, basic doctor fees and owner reports. Add-ons cover more specialized work, such as complex team compensation or purchasing and approval.

Pro is 36,000 THB/year paid upfront, equivalent to 3,000 THB/month, saving 7,200 THB versus twelve monthly payments. Flow One is 58,000 THB/year, approximately 4,833.33 THB/month, saving 12,800 THB versus twelve monthly payments.

Flow One includes Pro + Customer Connect + Team & Pay + Stock & Purchasing, with unlimited patient photos. Additional SMS credits and storage are available from Flow. Payment processing, hardware, domains and custom work are charged separately based on usage.

Paid plans include setup, initial training and the first data import within an agreed scope. We review sample data and supported formats before starting. Any special conversion work is agreed and priced upfront. Free starts with self-service setup and guides.
