### How long does setup and migration take?
Our onboarding team configures the system, migrates your existing patient data, and trains your staff — typically 1 to 2 weeks, included free with every plan.

### Can it import data from our current clinic software or Excel?
Yes. We migrate patient records, appointments, treatment courses, and inventory from Excel files or most existing Thai clinic systems at no extra cost.

### How is patient data secured and where is it stored?
All data is hosted on Thailand-region cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control. We comply with Thai PDPA requirements.

### Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Flow Clinic is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Clinic staff can manage appointments and lookups directly from a phone.

### What payment methods does the POS support?
PromptPay QR, credit/debit cards (via supported gateways), bank transfer, cash, and installment plans. Receipts are generated automatically.

### What kind of support do you provide?
Free staff training with every plan. Chat support replies within 5 minutes (Mon–Sat). Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and on-site training.
